Best Practices for Applying to the J&J Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge on Mental Health

November 11, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Mental Health is in crisis around the world, exacerbated by the impact of the pandemic, and affecting both front-line health workers as well as the general population.

The COVID-19 pandemic has focused a spotlight on nurses and their impact like never before, where the world is seeing nurses in action as innovative leaders who can possess the resiliency and resourcefulness to navigate health emergencies and provide support to patients and fellow frontline health workers alike.

To that end, Johnson & Johnson and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) recently launched the Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge on Mental Health, calling on nurses to submit ideas with the power to potentially transform mental health care and well-being for their fellow healthcare professionals or the patients they serve amid the current pandemic environment and beyond.

Join us for an instructional dialogue and Q&A on:

  • Why we feel this Challenge is needed
  • Why nurses are uniquely positioned to innovate in this space
  • An in depth look at the QuickFire Challenge application process – including learning from a recent QuickFire Challenge awardee
