Earl began working in corporate medical product development environments in the Midwest in the early 1970s. After being transferred to southern California by an employer in 1983, he co-founded Omnica to service that area’s burgeoning healthcare industry. Since then, he has been instrumental in successfully assembling and directing a stable and talented group of dedicated design engineers who have stayed with the company, many for decades. His simple philosophies are: provide the Omnica team with a well-equipped enjoyable work environment, empower them in a peer-based manner that minimizes the need for unnecessary middle management, and give them challenging projects that let them flourish and grow. The result has led to a high level of client loyalty that allows Omnica the freedom to approach projects with pace-setting acuity. Earl stays current with the latest industry advancements to ensure that Omnica keeps up state-of-the-art tools and technologies for fast-track product development.

Earl received his degree in Industrial Design at the University of Kansas.
