The anchor of our design and engineering group is the five-person industrial design team. We have a wide range of experience in designing and concepting everything from simple products to complex electro-mechanical devices.

Design teams are not created equal.
All of our industrial designers have designed complex medical products for decades and more. Experience enables them to anticipate design, production and manufacturing issues before it's too late to address them expediently. The designers are familiar with using our rapid prototyping equipment and most of our machinery. This helps speed the design and prototyping cycle.

We take an engineering-oriented approach to Industrial Design and create products that are functional, cost-effective and manufacturable as well as visually appealing.

We have the experience to support the inevitable
changes that occur in the product development process.

  • Our industrial designers work closely with our electronic engineers and mechanical engineers to solve challenges that most design teams are not trained to undertake. They are involved throughout the entire product development process.

  • In addition, access to an expansive mechanical engineering team at the same facility is a asset most organizations don't have.

  • Our Industrial Design professionals complement the rest of the team by always following design for manufacturing (DFM) principles from the beginning of the project.
